    Anticipated Downtime: TeamsLink will continue to route PSTN calls as expected. TeamsLink Portal services may not apply changes during this window.

    TeamsLink Pro Agents can access their Agent Dashboards by browsing to https://pro.teamslink.co.uk or can use the short dial codes below for managing queue presence during this time.
