    Microsoft have published a Service Health status for  "EX1441422 - Admins are unable to provision Exchange Online mailboxes or connect to Exchange Online PowerShell." 

    "Mailboxes are not created after Exchange Online licenses are assigned. In addition, admins receive the following error when attempting to connect to Exchange Online PowerShell. "Module could not be correctly formed. Please run Connect-ExchangeOnline again."

    Good afternoon,

    We've become aware of an issue affecting multiple newly created Microsoft 365 Tenancies and accessing the Microsoft Exchange Admin Centre.

    Microsoft are investigating this as a potential broader issues in their services.
