    We have had confirmation from Acronis that the issue is now resolved, and users should now be able to log into the Management Console again.

    We have tested and confirmed that users can access the portal, and we will continue to monitor to ensure this remains accessible.

    If you continue to experience issues logging into the Acronis Management Portal, please try clearing your browser cache, or using an incognito/private browser session. If after doing this, you are still unable to login to the portal, please raise a new ticket with our Service Desk team, so that they can investigate this further for you.
